What integration protocols do you support?
REST API is the primary integration method. We also support ONVIF for camera systems, Wiegand and OSDP for access control, and SFTP/CSV for batch data exchange with HRMS and payroll platforms that do not have live APIs.
Do you share client data with technology partners?
No client data is shared with technology partners without explicit client consent and a signed data processing agreement. Integration documentation and test environments use anonymised or synthetic data.
Can we jointly bid on enterprise projects?
Yes. For enterprise clients who need both physical security infrastructure and your software platform, we actively co-bid and present a joint solution. We have done this successfully with HRMS and ERP vendors.
Is there a cost to become a technology partner?
There is no upfront partnership fee. The investment is engineering time for the integration build and testing. Co-marketing costs are shared proportionally based on agreed activities.
How do we get listed on your website?
Listing as a technology partner requires completion of the integration build, joint certification, and signing the partnership agreement. Listed partners remain on the site as long as the integration is maintained.
