Monday–Saturday
Standard 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM working hours. Field roles include SLA-based emergency cover with additional compensation.

Field Installation Engineer
EngineeringInstall and commission IP CCTV, access control, and biometric systems at client sites across NCR. Structured cabling, device mounting, NVR setup, and configuration.
Requirements
- 1–4 years experience in CCTV or access control installation
- Hands-on with Hikvision, Dahua, or CP Plus equipment
- Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, PoE switches)
- Willing to travel within NCR for site work
- ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electricals, or related field preferred
Nice to Have
- VMS configuration experience
- Biometric enrollment experience
- Knowledge of structured cabling standards
Technical Sales Manager
SalesOwn enterprise security deals from first call to signed contract. Conduct site surveys, prepare proposals, and manage client relationships for CCTV, access control, and biometric projects.
Requirements
- 2–5 years in B2B technical sales
- Experience with physical security, IT, or facility solutions preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to read client sites and translate requirements into system specifications
- Own a vehicle (field-heavy role)
Nice to Have
- Existing relationships with facilities, admin, or security managers
- Prior experience selling Hikvision or Dahua solutions
- Understanding of AMC and recurring revenue models
AMC & Service Technician
ServiceHandle preventive maintenance visits, fault diagnosis, and emergency callouts for Infinoid Secure clients on AMC contracts. Work on CCTV, access control, biometric, and networking systems.
Requirements
- 2+ years servicing CCTV or security systems
- Ability to diagnose camera faults, NVR issues, and network connectivity problems
- Comfortable working at height (ladders, rooftop camera maintenance)
- Available for emergency callouts within agreed SLA windows
Nice to Have
- Experience with VMS platforms (HikCentral, iVMS)
- Basic biometric device servicing
- Ability to write service reports
Access Control & Biometric Specialist
EngineeringSpecialist role for access control and biometric attendance systems. Installation, enrollment, software configuration, and integration with HR payroll platforms.
Requirements
- 2+ years installing access control or biometric systems
- Experience with face recognition or fingerprint terminals
- Wiegand / RS485 wiring knowledge
- Comfortable with attendance software configuration and shift rules
Nice to Have
- Experience with RFID and mobile credential platforms
- HID or Suprema product exposure
- Payroll software integration knowledge
Network Infrastructure Engineer
EngineeringDesign and deploy structured cabling, PoE switch networks, VLAN configurations, and fiber infrastructure for security system deployments at enterprise sites.
Requirements
- 2–5 years in network infrastructure or structured cabling
- Proficient with managed PoE switches, VLANs, and IP addressing
- Cat6 / fiber termination skills
- Experience sizing bandwidth for multi-camera CCTV deployments
Nice to Have
- Cisco or equivalent switch certification
- Experience with NVR / DVR network integration
- Security VLAN segmentation knowledge
Security Solutions Consultant
Pre-SalesWork alongside the sales team on large enterprise opportunities. Conduct technical discovery, design solution architectures, prepare BOMs, and present to client stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years in physical security, IT infrastructure, or system integration
- Ability to design multi-camera CCTV networks, access control topologies, and attendance systems
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
- Experience preparing BOMs and technical proposals
Nice to Have
- PSIM or VMS platform knowledge
- Understanding of data protection and CCTV compliance
- Experience with AI analytics or ANPR deployments
