Common Questions
Can I partner if I am outside Delhi NCR?
Yes. We are expanding our partner network across India. Priority is given to integrators in major metros and Tier 1 cities first, but applications from all regions are welcome.
Is there a minimum purchase requirement?
For Registered Dealer tier, there is a modest minimum annual purchase commitment. Certified Integrator and Premium Distributor tiers are based on project volume and pipeline rather than upfront purchase minimums.
Do you compete with your channel partners?
No. In markets where we have active certified integrators, we do not take direct projects. We refer inbound leads to our channel partners for those regions.
What brands can I sell as an Infinoid Secure channel partner?
Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, Axis, Bosch, HID, Suprema, Matrix, Honeywell, and others. All hardware supplied through Infinoid Secure is sourced from certified distributors with full OEM warranty.
Is product training mandatory?
Yes for Certified Integrator and above. At least one engineer on your team must complete our product training certification before you can access enhanced margins and lead sharing.
