White-Label Security AI Software

You already have the customer. White-label AI is how that customer uses Infinoid Secure software without a second brand on the screen.

A security company, a software vendor or a regional integrator is asked for people counts, a faster way to find a clip, or fewer useless alerts. Building that software is a product company. Reselling a logo you do not control is a brochure.

White-label AI is the written arrangement between that company and Infinoid Secure. Your customer sees the name you agree. Infinoid Secure provides the software: AI Footfall, Footage Search, Alert Desk, Door and Camera Check, or the set you actually scope. Eagle Eye stays a separate platform and is not silently renamed into your product.

The company office is in New Delhi. We do not open a branch in your country as part of this arrangement, and we do not call it an exclusive dealership. What you may say in front of your customer is written down before a pilot.

Why Teams Ask For This

The Customer Asked For AI This Quarter

They will not wait for a research team. They also will not rip out the cameras they just paid for.

A Second Logo Confuses The Sale

Your customer bought you. A new name on the login looks like you passed them to someone else.

Demos Overclaim

A slide that says the software finds every incident will be repeated by a salesperson. The contract then says something the product does not do.

Each Country Wants A Local Company

You are that company for your customer. The software still has to come from a team that will answer when the camera view is wrong.

How White-Label AI Works

Each step is something a pilot can check. A step that does not fit the site is said out loud, not hidden in a demo.

01

You Choose The Product

Footfall for a retailer, Footage Search for investigations, Alert Desk for a monitoring team, Door and Camera Check where you already sell access control. You do not have to take all four.

02

The Name Is Agreed

The customer-facing name, the login, and whether Infinoid Secure is named in the contract are written down. Verbal branding is not the agreement.

03

One Customer, One Site

The pilot is a single customer's cameras, not a catalogue launch. You learn the door, the network and the questions that customer asks.

04

The Scope Lists The Claims

What the screen does, and the sentences you will not use, sit in the same document. Accuracy percentages are not offered, because we do not publish one.

05

You Keep The Relationship

Your team talks to your customer. Infinoid Secure supports you on the software. We do not arrive as a surprise second vendor unless the scope says so.

06

A Second Customer Is A Decision

After the pilot, you decide whether the same scope fits the next customer. A chain rollout is not assumed.

What You See

Your Name, As Agreed

The customer-facing brand from the written scope.

The Product You Picked

Footfall, search, the alert desk, the door check, or a combination.

Their Cameras

Existing cameras, where the camera, network and system are compatible.

A Support Path

Your team, with Infinoid Secure behind the software, from the New Delhi company.

A Scope You Can Show

Including what the pilot will not claim.

Who It Is For

  • Security software companies
  • Companies that already sell video or access systems
  • Regional integrators with their own customers
  • Retail technology firms that need store counts
  • Monitoring companies that need one queue for many sites

What This Product Will Not Do

These limits are part of the product. A pilot that needs the opposite is the wrong product.

It Is Not An Exclusive Territory

Nothing on this page makes you the only seller in a country. Exclusivity would be its own contract. We do not imply it.

It Is Not A Local Office

Infinoid Secure does not gain a branch in your city because you sell the software.

It Is Not Eagle Eye With Your Logo Pasted On

Eagle Eye remains its own platform. White-label covers the AI products named in the scope.

You Cannot Invent A Performance Number

If a salesperson needs a detection percentage, the answer is that we do not publish one. The pilot is the evidence for that customer.

How A Pilot Runs

  1. 1A call to name the product and the customer.
  2. 2A written scope: brand, cameras, what the screen does, what you will not say.
  3. 3One site live, with your team on the relationship.
  4. 4A review of the questions that customer actually asked.
  5. 5A decision, in writing, before a second customer.

Questions Worth Answering First

Will Our Customers See The Infinoid Secure Name?

Only if the scope says so. The customer-facing name is agreed before the pilot. Infinoid Secure still provides the software.

Which Products Can Be White-Labelled?

AI Footfall, Footage Search, Alert Desk and Door and Camera Check, in any combination you scope. Eagle Eye is a separate platform and is not included by default.

Do You Open An Office In Our Country?

No. The company is based at 22-A, Asaf Ali Road, New Delhi. Your team is the local relationship.

Is This An Exclusive Dealership?

No. Exclusivity is not offered on this page.

Can We Start With A Single Retail Chain?

Start with one store or one site of that chain. A rollout follows the pilot, it does not replace it.

Who Supports The Customer?

You do. Infinoid Secure supports you on the software.

What If Our Sales Deck Promises 99 Percent Detection?

Take it out. We do not publish a detection percentage. The scope should say the same thing.
